Definition of the project - how to understand and complete the project. Understand the life-cycle of the project - the stages, process, activity and the scheduling time frame of the project.

Understanding the profile of the land and the levels including Soil test and water test - Type of foundations and RCC structure - Reinforcement (How to read and make the BBS) - Block work and Plastering - Water profiling - Finishing the Tiling, Painting, Doors and other finishes.

Quality Management
Explanation of material quality through the respected test. Workmanship quality method and documentation.

Drawing & Control Management
It deals with DBR (Concept drawings based on DBR, working drawings, GFC status, type of drawings).

It deals with quantity survey, rate analysis, tendering, contract agreement, running account bill and reconciliation.

Safety management teaches about basic safety required for the projects (like personal protective equipments) especially for high-raise buildings
