Mr. Ganesh AV, a dedicated leader, boasts a remarkable 35-vear construction career. He began at L&T in 1990, earning awards for his pivotal role in L&T's Engineering Design & Research Centre. During 19 years with L&T, he contributed to various projects, including for Reliance Petrochemical, 2×500 MW thermal power plants, Tata Consultancy's Chennai corporate building, and a Russian residential township. Subsequently, as a director at TVH, he focused on high-rise towers in Chennai and Combatore. In 2016, he became COO at VNCT Global, managing the completion of approximately 1500 high-end villas over 8 years.
Currently, he founded an academy for aspiring civil engineering students, continuing his dedication to skill development in Construction Industrv.
